The cuisine proposed by the Paradisi family is linked to the most ancient Tuscan tradition, but revisited with creative and innovative touches, which make it even more interesting, together with the freshest and seasonal fish dishes. In this way ribollito, tripe and cut open ancient and rural emotions, the pappardelle with rabbit reflect vocations of the forest, emblem of a Val d'Elsa made up of a domestic wild that smells of croutons, of Cinta Senese cured meats, of rigatino.
As far as the cellar is concerned, it is clearly perceived that winemaking knowledge has been practiced continuously over the years in uncorked, tasted and proposed bottles.
