The cuisine proposed by the Paradisi family is linked to the most ancient Tuscan tradition, but revisited with creative and innovative touches, which make it even more interesting, together with the freshest and seasonal fish dishes. In this way ribollito, tripe and cut open ancient and rural emotions, the pappardelle with rabbit reflect vocations of the forest, emblem of a Val d'Elsa made up of a domestic wild that smells of croutons, of Cinta Senese cured meats, of rigatino.

As far as the cellar is concerned, it is clearly perceived that winemaking knowledge has been practiced continuously over the years in uncorked, tasted and proposed bottles.

The cuisine offered by the Paradisi family is indeed linked to the most ancient Tuscan tradition, it is revisited with a touch of creativity and innovation. The "ribollita" bean and vegetable soup, tripe and beef tagliata thus unveil ancient and bucolic emotions, and the braised rabbit pappardelle bring to mind a calling for the wild, the emblem of a Val d'Elsa that revolves around an untamed domestic environment that smells of crostini, Cinta Senese cured meats, and bacon.

Visiting the cellar of the Antica Trattoria you can perceive the knowledge of wine thath has been practiced continuosly over the years, everything is trasformed into an extensive wine list full of labels. It is possible to taste a glass of wine in this magical place where the flavors are reminiscent of an authentic Tuscany involved in a cordial gastronomic complicity.
